The world breaks everyone
and afterward
some are strong at the broken places.

Cancer
When I was 18 I was diagnosed with high grade cancer and was given 3 months to live. The Mayo Clinic doctors wanted to do radiation therapy but it would have given me brain damage, so I declined traditional treatment, researched how cancer works, and built a nutritional plan that lead to a full recovery and 24 years of being cancer free.
Peri / Menopause
My wife has been navigating the challenges of perimenopause like mood swings, trouble sleeping, fat gain, and hot flashes.
We’ve strategically created a nutrition plan with hormone-balancing foods to dramatically smooth out her experience and lose fat.
Rheumatoid Arthritis
My wife was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis about 20 year ago, which has been challenging. We’ve intentionally and tactically leveraged nutrition to manage her symptoms and improve her overall wellbeing. She’s seen massive improvements in her pain levels and daily function.
Stroke
After pushing too hard to elongate my spine and separate my neck vertebrae during strength training, I suffered a stroke. Through targeted nutrition focusing on brain-healing foods and anti-inflammatory foods, I completely restored my cognitive function and coordination within 5 months.
